This five-star hotel development comprises 128 guest units, including Single and Double rooms, Royal Suites, and Presidential Suites, all constructed and finished to a triple-A furnishing standard. The construction scope included full structural works, architectural execution, and comprehensive interior build-out, along with the integration of extensive hospitality amenities such as a swimming pool and spa, multiple commercial kitchens serving Indian and Mediterranean cuisine, a café bar and lounge, a hookah bar, billiard and snooker facilities, conference rooms, and a fully equipped business center.
The project involved the execution of a complex architectural concept combining classical Indian architectural influences with historic Persian design elements. Construction relied heavily on natural stone applications across façades, interior public spaces, and feature areas, requiring precise detailing, specialized installation methods, and close quality control. A significant portion of the architectural finishes and interior elements were custom-fabricated and handcrafted, demanding careful coordination between trades and extended sequencing to maintain consistency at scale.
Given the size and operational complexity of the hotel, the project required disciplined site management, detailed scheduling, and coordination across structural, architectural, MEP, and interior scopes. The completed development represents one of our largest hospitality projects, defined by rigorous construction standards, material intensity, and a high level of execution across all phases of the build.
