One of our completed projects is the Bonaparte Inn in Cache Creek. This project involved a full-scale renovation encompassing structural modifications, building systems upgrades, and extensive interior and exterior improvements. The scope included the construction and integration of a new swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, and a sauna, requiring coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Significant landscape work was carried out to reconfigure outdoor areas and improve site functionality and appearance. Interior renovations included the refurbishment and reconfiguration of guest rooms and common areas, with updated finishes, fixtures, and layouts to improve durability, comfort, and operational efficiency. The project was executed through careful sequencing and coordination, resulting in a transformed boutique-style accommodation aligned with modern hospitality standards.
